Monica K. Lindstrom is a former prosecutor and a current civil litigator and criminal defense attorney in Phoenix, Arizona. She is also a familiar face on television providing legal commentary on networks such as Fox News, CNN and ABC.

When high-profile cases hit the news, Monica is called upon to offer her legal expertise in both criminal and civil cases. With her experience as a former prosecutor, Monica has shared her legal insight on the trials of Phil Spector, Warren Jeffs and O.J. Simpson. She has also commented on issues related to schools, students, discrimination, child abuse and constitutional rights, to name a few.

Monica is currently with Davis Miles, PLLC, and maintains a busy and successful legal practice. In addition to her practice, she volunteers her time providing services to her community in her role as a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Pro Tem and as a Member of the City of Scottsdale Board of Adjustments. Monica also finds time to teach classes in criminal justice and constitutional law at the University of Phoenix.
